Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba have emerged as Jose Mourinho's most powerful allies.
According to a report in The Sun, the Manchester United manager takes plenty of advice from the pair.
Following suggestions that Luke Shaw and Chris Smalling withdrew from last weekend's clash with Swansea City because they weren't 100%, it has come to the fore that Mourinho will not settle for anything other than complete commitment.
It is understood that both Ibrahimovic and Pogba are Mourinho's ‘go-to men’ in the United dressing room and he regularly sounds them out regarding the morale of the squad, and if things need to be changed.
Mourinho is confident he can return the famous club to former glories but only if everyone is on board and striving for the same thing, and for that to occur, Zlatan and the Pog have reportedly taken charge.
